Copy Letter

What would be a good company to write a complaint letter too?

I am doing an English assignment and I am required to write a formal complaint letter to a company of some sort. I need a good company and a good problem here. Any suggestions? *It would be sweet to get something free out of it

1. I think your assignment is to make up a company and how to write a letter of complaint, not to actually fake a complaint to a real co. just to get a freebie. That would be somewhat dishonest, don`t you think.
