- There are many models for a sales letter, this is the one I use, first identify yourself shortly, secondly go straight to the point, make your proposal credible or trusted and highlight how it will solve the needs of your customer and state clearly the benefits in dollars for him ( Profit Story ) Nothing moves people more than earnings and savings The magic word in sales is Free, when you add something free of charge, what ever it is, it increases your odds to be successful
- I use this formula when writing sales letters. A - Attention. Get the attention of the prospective customer with a USP (Unique Selling Proposition). I - Interest. Develop your USP. D - Desire. Follow through on the interest by citing advantages of your product or service. A - Action. Ask for the order. So, remember the acronym AIDA you won't get lost. Peace and blessings!
